Alexander, a therapist for 12 years, trained in Trigger Point, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Myo-Tendon Release, Prenatal, and Reflexology. He also is certified in personal training with the Cooper Institute, trained in Advanced Sports Therapy and was the official massage therapist for the Dallas Sidekicks indoor soccer team. Alexander owns and operates Remedy Spa, since 2000. He is the team coordinator and lead therapist at Remedy Spa and has brought together a team of therapist parallel to none. His mission and philosophy unite at Remedy Spa by creating an atmosphere of tranquility and assisting in the healing process of individuals who come to seek his unique talent. He is patient, compassionate, and dedicated to his profession. Alexander’s love for life is contagious once you’ve met him you can’t help but smile and leave feeling better.

HIghly trained therapist from Steiner Education Group at Texas Center for Massage Therapy. She is skilled in movement and structure and muscle re-pattering to extend range of motion and improve structural imbalances! She has skills in Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Very skilled in Swedish, and her favorite is working with Cranial Sacral Therapy.

Nancy Mays, LMT

Nancy is certified in Swedish, lomi lomi massage, 2nd degree Reiki, hot stones, Myo-Fascia Release and skilled in body treatments. Nancy loves helping people relax.
